Health service is one of the important elements of the public service,and the public hospital is an important carrier to provide medical services.Outpatient work is an important part of overall hospital work,and the hospital outpatient department makes connection between society and hospital.It reflects the service level of the hospital directly and the potential problems will directly affect the overall health care level of the hospital.Military hospital is the special part of public hospital.It is important to join in the outpatient service process optimization.The study through getting quantitative questionnaires with patients and analyzing the collected data from hospital database,found the problem that in the H military hospital,there are crowd,confusion in space structure,time wasted to wait,time of the medical treatment short,and too many processes,etc.Meanwhile,the reason of the matter is caused by which,the outpatient is confused and disorganized,and the too cramped a space is hard for the outpatient to move around,and the information technology is underdevelopment,and the military hospital is special services for soldier.According to establishing the patient-centered medical service mode,innovating in the service mode,improving the level of internet information system,the hospital can optimists the outpatient service process,improve the conditions for doctor's office,enhance the quality of health and management,improve the efficiency of outpatient satisfactory degree of patients,and insurance of sufficient time of patient physician communication,meantime to improve the competitiveness of the hospital so that the hospital can provide better public services for patients.This study can be used as the experience of other hospital for reference.
