Social Work Intervention Research In The Community Governance Of Social Housing

With the rapid development of urbanization,the housing problems of the suburban demolition population and the low-income population in big cities are gradually brought into the agenda of public policy.In this context,many big cities provide some secure housing for resettlement of demolition population and low-income population.Blocks of affordable housing not only mean a new type of living space,but also a new type of community.This kind of community is not only different from the general commodity community(community),but also different from the traditional rural community,the needs of residents are also different from the general community.Guaranteed housing has the characteristics of insufficient public service and public space,strong heterogeneity of community residents,insufficient autonomy of community residents,and limited interaction mechanism of community governance.Therefore,for this kind of community,how to provide effective social work intervention according to the characteristics of the community and the needs of residents has not only a certain policy significance,but also a certain application value.This article mainly tries to use the intervention method of community social work to try this.This article is based on Y social security housing community in Nanjing,through the method of participation observation,questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews,from the perspective of social work,using the community development model,first of all,go deep into community and residents,investigate the development status of the security housing community,and analyze the main problems of its development,so as to solve the key problems first;secondly,using the regional development model to elaborate the process of intervention in Y community governance.Finally,the results of intervention are analyzed from the results of community public service and public space development,community residents'autonomy,and interactive mechanism development of community governance.As a special community,the research on social work intervention in the governance of the.security housing community has its unique characteristics.The main findings of this article are as follows:first,the specific steps of social work intervention in community governance of security housing;second,the mixed application of community development model and community planning model in community governance of security housing will achieve the best governance effect;third,the establishment of "123X" innovative governance model to promote autonomy.At the same time,some professional reflections have been drawn:first,we should improve the evaluation system and establish a set of special evaluation criteria;second,we should carry out relevant work in stages and use professional skills and methods to maximize the effectiveness of governance;third,we should further strengthen the cooperation with other parties;fourth,we should use the methods of social work to intervene flexibly and comprehensively.
