The public security organs have always been the backbone of maintaining social harmony.Since China established the public security organs in November 1949,the public security policemen have played an important role in administrative management,law enforcement management and economic and social management,and thus they have a high sense of honor,social responsibility and pride.With the development of China's social economy,the economic system has been gradually transformed from planned economy to market economy,with the differentiation of interests among various professions and the diversification of career choices.As a police force,if only relying on organizational discipline and personnel self-discipline,it has been difficult to adapt to the changes of The Times.Coupled with a series of reforms from the central government to the local government,the implementation of the rule of law and the government power list,the police force has also started to show various choices and the loss of the police.Our country is big countries with 1.3 billion people,has staff 1.6 million people,the public security police about more than 800 people have a public security police,the rate is far lower than the world average level,the public security police work strength,high strength work,and more and more narrow space for law enforcement of public security police job satisfaction.Paper by the public security bureau police C as the research object,the public security bureau on the basis of the overview of the basic situation of the C,reviews the related literature and combining with the actual design of the public security police job satisfaction questionnaire.It is found that the general satisfaction of C Public Security Bureau is general.On this basis,the Logistic model is constructed.From individual characteristics variables(sex,age,education level),work status variables(work environment,job itself,salary returns,relationships),Organizational culture)two aspects of 8 indicators to C Public Security Bureau police job satisfaction factors were analyzed.The results show that the work environment and organizational culture have a significant impact on the job satisfaction of the C Public Security Bureau.Based on the results of empirical analysis,the measures to improve the job satisfaction of police officers are put forward from two methods: improving the working environment and strengthening the construction of organizational culture.
