| The global climate problem is becoming more and more serious due to the reduction of Greenhouse Gases and carbon sinks caused by human activities.It is clear that this issue has become a major international issue affecting the survival and development of human beings and urgently needs to be solved through consultation among all countries.The protection of the ecological environment through the legal system to cope with climate change and the promotion of Global Green Development is an important topic in current international law research,the gradual improvement of the legal system of international carbon emission trading will have a far-reaching influence on our present life and the long-term development of mankind.This paper focuses on the challenges in the process of international carbon emissions trading,and based on the existing international treaties and relevant Academic Research,discusses the existing problems of international carbon emissions trading,from the level of theoretical innovation to put forward the corresponding suggestions,so as to better ensure the smooth operation of carbon emissions trading,reduce greenhouse gas emissions,in order to improve our living environment. |
