Javelin throwing is a very complicated project in track and field,and the effect of javelin throwing is directly affected by the completion of technology.With the rapid development of science and technology,the research of Javelin technology is deepening,the research method is constantly innovating,and the technique of video analysis and throwing from the kinematic point of view can be better.Promote the rapid improvement and improvement of Javelin technology.This study focuses on the throwing steps and final exertion techniques of dragon Javelin Athletes of our country's elite javelin throwers.The technology is analyzed by three dimensional video analysis,and the key technical data are compared with those of excellent athletes at home and abroad.The research shows that:(1)The stage of throwing step,the step length and step are more different than the outstanding athletes at home and abroad.The concrete performance is that the length and the step of the rifle are too short,the step frequency is short,the follow-up action quality is reduced,the cross step length and the step are relatively reasonable,the step of the braking step is short and the step is long,which leads to the decrease of speed and the influence of speed.In the course of the throwing step,the angle of shoulder and elbow joint is obvious,and the angle of shoulder joint is reduced.It shows that the shoulder joint and the pectoralis major muscle are in a relaxed state and "bend the elbow",and the change amplitude of the trunk angle is obvious,which leads to the greater loss of speed in the throwing step,which is unfavorable to the whip.In the cross step,the height of the center of gravity and the angle of the pedal are lower than the domestic average,the angle of the pedal is small and the loss rate of the body center of gravity is low,but the horizontal velocity of the body center of gravity is less than that of the average,which indicates that the overall horizontal speed of the dragon is slow,leading to the final javelin.The results are not ideal.(2)In the final exertion stage,the change of the horizontal velocity of the body center of gravity is significantly different from that of the foreign excellent athletes.The horizontal velocity of the center of gravity of the left foot from the moment to the javelin's hand time is too low to be compared with the foreign excellent athlete,which leads to the left support not reaching the best effect.The show athletes are relatively small,which leads to the relaxation of hip and shoulder joints and the effect of the torso whiplash.The left support technique is poor compared with the excellent athletes,which shows that the angular momentum of the dragon's knee is low,and the angle of the left leg and the knee is smaller than the foreign athletes,indicating that the ability of the left knee is not good.Full support braking effect is not ideal;left shoulder horizontal change speed curve pattern,appear reverse shoulder phenomenon.On the right side,the right foot is from the right foot to the left foot,the angle of the knee is less than the average of the excellent athletes,and the effect is poor.The angle of shoulder and elbow joint is not much different from the foreign outstanding athletes,the throwing arm whip is more fully,the right joint and the javelin speed change are not significant compared with the domestic elite athletes.The difference is that the order of force is clear and the order of power transfer is reasonable;the hand angle and the theoretical value are increased by 2.5 degrees,and the hand speed is slower than the average of the domestic athletes;the height of hand out is 2.01M,which emphasizes that the hand height leads to the lowering of the hand speed,the attack angle is increased,and the flying distance of the target is finally affected.
