In recent years,Shaanxi men's javelin athlete Hu Hailong did not break 80 meters in the recent two National Games, not listed in the top three. He finished fourth in the 13 th National Games, but was one of the most promising athletes in Shaanxi Province to win medals at the 14 th National Games, although he did not win a medal. Therefore,it is very necessary to study the throwing technique of Hu Hailong. In order to make the athletes get excellent results in the 14 th National Games hosted by Shaanxi Province,it is very urgent to improve the technology. This research will adopt the test method, that is,using the high-speed shooting technique to carry on the throwing technique of Hu Hailong in the high-intensity training class.Two-dimensionalShooting,and using APAS software for video analysis, aiming at throwing steps and the final use of forceStep size, step, height of body center of gravity, angle of knee joint, height of javelin shot, angle, speed and other related factors affecting javelin technology.Analyzed,Compared with the skills of the outstanding male javelin athletes in China, the following conclusions are drawn from the analysis:(1)In the technique of throwing steps,Hu Hailong. The first two steps and step time compared with the domestic elite athletes there is not much difference, full completion of the gun action; The rhythm of the last two steps is affected by the height of the cross-step,and the body center of gravity fluctuates greatly, which results in the damage of the horizontal velocity, and the indirect effect on the cohesion of the final force stage;Trunk posterior inclination changeWith an increasing trend,Two-angle difference 8.5 °,It affects the speed of running-up and overtaking the equipment action Completion.(2)Resulting in the final javelin after the flight distance is not ideal. In the final force technique,Hu Hailong the left side braking effect is affected by the high impact force when the cross step falls to the ground. The range of buffer and extension of the left knee joint is larger than that of the high-level athletes, especially in the case of high-level athletes buffer amplitude, cause the body the trajectory of the center of gravity is not smooth enough,Destroyed the brake on the left.Effect: the range of change from landing to pedaling extension of right knee joint is large, and the length of time of right support has influence on the stability of body and instrument.(3)Pause the motion, the velocity of javelin shooting is weakened, the coefficient of javelin shooting height is higher than normal value, and the flying distance of javelin is affected.Hu Hailong's in throw technology and movement in therelationship between scores, the ratio between the two steps after the hurling step.Although in the reasonable range inside,Through the comparison,it is found that the ratio is slightly higher than that of the other two domestic athletes, and that the length of the cross-step has an effect on the sports performance.Brake step cloth time and“Full bow”At the moment of the shot, the ratio is higher than that of the domestic elite athletes.(4)And the total time spent is higher than that of the other two excellent athletes, and the braking pace is easy to cause the movement technology to pause.Horizontal velocity damage, affect sports performance.Hu Hailong's athletic achievements key points of ascension main put it on the speed of the shot, the coefficient of the height of the shot less influence on sports performance. The javelin shooting speed of domestic elite athletes is above 28m/s,and Hu Hailong's javelin shooting speed is close to 2.6speed main hurled step rhythm and the influence of throwing step and final force on the connection technique.
