With the rapid development of Internet plus,the educational virtual community is gradually used in the course of education as the advanced form of network learning,and it has achieved good results.But because of its virtuality,openness and other characteristics,it faces some ethical problems,which can easily lead to the phenomenon of ethical anomie.In order to avoid the phenomenon of ethical anomie,give full play to the positive role of educational virtual community and promote the orderly operation and sustainable development,the main body of community should follow certain rules and norms when dealing with the relationship between others.As one of the core subjects of the community,the behavior of facilitator has a great influence on community activities and the learning effect.Therefore,this study focuses on the ethical norms of facilitator in the educational virtual community.On the one hand,the article constructs the ethical norms of facilitators in educational virtual community to provide guidance for their behavior.On the other hand,it analyzes the positive role that the facilitators follow these ethical norms.As a learner,facilitator and researcher of ‘learning science and technology' community in Qufu Normal University,multiple identities provide clear thinking and implementation convenience for the research.In addition,a number of well-known MOOC platforms and related communities were investigated through previous practice,and in-depth interviews with organizers,facilitators and so on,which provided a broader thinking for this research.Through the research,the study constructed the ethical norms of facilitator in educational virtual community,and analyzed the functions in order to provide behavioral guidance,so as to make their behaviors ethical and further promote the sustainable development of learners and communities.The article structure is as follows.The first chapter reviews the related researches at home and abroad.On the basis of existing achievements,it puts forward the significance,research contents,and research methods of this research.And expatiate on the core ideas of the related theories and provide theoretical guidance.The second chapter interprets the connotation of ethics,network ethics and educational virtual community ethics,and then puts forward the concept of facilitator's ethics norm in educational virtual community.The third chapter shows the design,implementation and empirical analysis of the questionnaire.Through expert consultation and pretest,the questionnaire is issued,recycled and screened to ensure the accuracy of data entry.The analysis of the questionnaire data is carried out by avariety of empirical methods.Based on the results of the empirical analysis,facilitator's ethics norm in the virtual community is constructed.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the three roles of facilitator's ethics norm in following aspects: standardizing the behavior of the main body,improving the knowledge and skills,and building the community culture.The fifth chapter is the summary and prospect,summarizing the research methods,contents,conclusions,the innovative points and shortcomings of this study,and looking forward to the development of educational virtual community and the problems to be further explored.
