Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Tianjin Youth Football Club

In the development of football,the training of football reserve talents plays a very important role.To make our foot level go to the world,we should follow the rule of football athletes development and growth.It is very important to do a good job of training young people.In recent years,our country has paid more and more attention to the youth football,the capital investment is huge,and some achievements have been made.More and more young football clubs have emerged.Although Tianjin is not the first batch of football pilot cities,but the development of football in our city has been among the best in the country.Among them,Tianjin Taida and Quanjian two professional football clubs are among the Chinese Football Super League,and many teenage football clubs are established in all districts and cities,which promotes the development of football in our city.This study is a random extraction of 12 teenage football clubs in Tianjin.Based on the current situation of construction,a comprehensive analysis of the coaches,athletes and athletes' parents is carried out.The main problems are pointed out and the development countermeasures are put forward to provide a constructive idea for the development of the Youth Football Club in our city.Tianjin were collected by questionnaire,semi structural interview and field investigation.The conclusions were summarized as follows:(1)The number of reserve talents in our youth football club is large,but the quality of students is not high,and the selection is unreasonable and scientific.(2)The sources of funds for football clubs include: Administrative appropriation,self financing and social sponsorship.Most football clubs are well funded and well managed.A few clubs have difficulty in capital turnover.The football club's venues and equipment are in good condition,which can meet the daily football training.(3)Although the 12 clubs have attached great importance to the youth participation in football matches,the participation rate of the athletes is high,but the arrangement of some clubs is not scientific and the system of participating in the football match is not reasonable.(4)Athletes' training frequency,content and time arrangement are relatively scientific and reasonable.Under the guidance of "the combination of body and education",the club football not only pays attention to the training of students' football skills,but also pays attention to the study of the students' culture course.At the same time,the athletes also realize the importance of the learning culture course.(5)Most athletes have their own training objectives,training hard under the guidance of targets,and excavating their potential.Most of the athletes are satisfied with the results of football training,club venues and facilities,but the athletes' satisfaction to coaches is not high.(6)Coaches in junior soccer clubs in our city are relatively highly educated,but are relatively young and lack practical experience.Our experienced football coaches are few,and coaches with advanced certificates are lacking.The resources of retired athletes are serious.(7)The salaries of coaches in Tianjin are relatively high,but individual differences are relatively large.The team's performance affects the salaries of coaches.Lack of teaching experience,little acceptance of strict professional skills training,low self quality and lack of innovation are the main reasons that affect coaches' teaching professional level.(8)The parents of athletes have given great support for their children to participate in football training,but some parents lack knowledge about football.(9)Our city's attention to youth football is not high,and the attention of news media and fans needs to be improved.
