combination of state and society run shift".In 1993 the former state sports commission(now)of the state sport general administration formulated the "opinions on deepening the reform of sports",comments made clear that should be in accordance with the requirements of the socialist market economy and the development of modern sports law fundamental reform of the original system,determine the overall goal of the reform of our country sports during the new period and tasks and the future development direction of Chinese sports.On December 20,1994,the Chinese basketball association,according to the national sports commission(now)of the state sport general administration formulated the opinions on deepening the reform of sports meeting spirit,combined with the project movement characteristics of this association,held a national work conference on basketball training,the meeting proposed "to the breakthrough of the reform of competition,to market-oriented,professional into the power,save China basketball,improve the level of the CBA league".After the fumble and experiment of 1992 and 1993,the meeting decided that the national men's basketball league in 1995 would be the main road and the New Year's competition.Thus,Chinese basketball entered the professionalization process in 1995.Since the beginning of the new century,with the gradual establishment of China's socialist market economy,China has become the third largest economy in the world,and the ensuing changes have influenced the development of contemporary sports industry.State general administration of sports basketball management center in 2005(the Chinese basketball association)after the Chinese professional basketball 10 years of exploration and experimental field of China's reform of the sports industry,the league managers and participants in the conflict,and also as the league's income and the influence of the intensified."The relevant laws and regulations are not sound in the operation of the market.The rights and responsibilities are unclear and the property rights are not clear;The lack of supervision,lack of cooperation and the instability of cooperation between CBA and CBA have become the difficulties and focal points of the reform and development of sports industry in China.The state council issued a number of opinions on current situation of the Chinese men's basketball league.And visited some experts and scholars in the field,and combined with the provinces,municipalities and basketball experts to opinions and Suggestions on the development of the Chinese men's basketball professional league,find the right way in the development of Chinese men's basketball,development and reform to provide reference for the Chinese men's basketball league,for the Chinese basketball association tube beingseparated may provide theoretical support and practical.After investigation,the results are:(1)Comparing with American professional league,it is found that under the current situation of China,the management and operation mechanism of Chinese professional league are lagging behind.With the deepening of China's political and economic system reform and relevant policy guidance,the Chinese basketball professional league should follow the rules of market economy development of professional basketball management system and operational mechanism,to return the league to the market,strengthen the key competitiveness of Chinese basketball professional league.(2)The lack of supervision mechanism in the Chinese basketball professional league and the unclear rights,responsibilities and benefits of all parties in the league have led to the imperfect management system and operation mechanism of the Chinese basketball association.(3)The organization of China basketball association is set up with clear division oflabor,unclear responsibility subject and unclear benefit distribution.(4)At present,the Chinese basketball professional league cannot balance thenationalpolitical interests,economic interests and social interests.(5)We will accelerate the materialization of the basketball
