Research On Risk Management Of Air Film Stadium Operation

The concept of film construction in the 1970 s was first proposed by American architect David H.Geller at the Japan International Exposition.Since then,the United States has been at the forefront of the development of gas film buildings.In 1973,the first permanent film building in the United States was California successfully landed.In the 1990 s,membrane structures began to be used extensively in large stadiums,and 21 st century film gymnasium technology was introduced to China.As a new form of stadium,the film theater has the advantages of mobile,energy saving,low cost,safety,short construction period and prevention of bad weather,which meets the people's sports needs to a certain extent.However,Zhong Fan,president of Yoonton Film Construction Company,said that the approval of China's gas film construction is simple and lacks industry supervision.The market of gas film companies is mixed,and the quality of gas film construction is difficult to guarantee.Such projects will certainly be in financing,construction and operation.There are new risks in the area.Based on this research,the Jinan Olympic Sports Center Film and Plastic Tennis Hall was selected as the survey object,in order to provide reference for the risk management of other similar types of film theater operations through the risk analysis of the survey and operation of the museum project.Based on the theory of risk management,this paper selects case analysis method,literature data method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,AHP(analytic hierarchy process)and ABC analysis method to study the risk management of film gymnasium operation.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the analysis of the nature of the film gymnasium shows that the gas film gymnasium has the disadvantages of high operating cost,no insurance system and lack of industry standard;Through the investigation of the present situation of risk management in the operation of Jinan Olympic Sports Center,it is found that the risk management lacks professional risk management team,the staff lacks the ability to deal with the risk and does not set up the risk reserve.Then it demonstrates the necessity of introducing risk management into the operation of the library.(2)through the identification and screening of the risk in the operation of the air film gymnasium,the risk list of the air film gymnasium is created.(3)the evaluation of the risk factors in the operation of the gas film tennis court in Jinan Olympic Center is made by using the AHP analysis method.The weight of each risk factor in the operation of the air film tennis court is calculated.ABC analysis was used to classify and sort the risks.(4)on the basis of risk evaluation,it puts forward specific countermeasures and establishes risk monitoring mechanism for each potential risk in theoperation of Jinan Olympic Center Gas Film Tennis Court.Through the above analysis,this study has formed a combination of risk identification,evaluation,control and monitoring in the operation of Jinan Olympic Center Gas Film Tennis Court,forming a dynamic risk management process.On the theoretical level,it guides the risk management in the operation of Jinan Olympic Sports Center Gas Film Tennis Gymnasium,and puts forward some suggestions on the risk management of other gas film gymnasium operation:(1)Establish industry standards for the film construction industry.(2)Improve laws and regulations on the film gymnasium.(3)Improve the gas film gym insurance system.(4)Establish a risk management team for the film gym and create a risk management plan And emergency plans.(5)strengthen the training of employees in the film gymnasium,establish risk management awareness,improve risk response capabilities.(6)establish a monitoring mechanism for operation risk management of the film gymnasium.
