Social Work Is Involved In The Practical Research Of Community Volunteer Training

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy in our country,social problems are becoming more and more complex,so the task of social governance has also changed.In order to solve complex social problems,it is necessary for the whole society to work together,and the pluralistic subjects of society participate in service and governance together.As a micro level of social governance,community grass-roots organizations have been paid more and more attention.Community volunteers are an important group in community grass-roots organizations,which play a great role in maintaining social stability,promoting social harmony and promoting social development.However,at present,the development of community volunteers in most areas of our country is still relatively low,there are many problems and shortcomings.Therefore,the cultivation of community volunteers has become an important task of social workers,this paper discusses.In this study,taking K community in Shanghai as an example,the present situation and problems of K community volunteers were investigated and analyzed by using the methods of participation observation and semi-structured interview.And we understand the current situation of volunteers in K community,such as single volunteer population,low overall quality and limited service content.In order to solve these problems,this study adopts the method of social work to carry out volunteer training from the perspective of empowerment theory,through the summary and reflection on the process of volunteer cultivation,we conclude that social work intervention in volunteer cultivation has achieved some results,but there are still some problems in this process.How to build a more perfect volunteer team and maximize the strength of volunteers still need to be further explored,this paper also puts forward some relevant suggestions from the perspective of social workers.
