"Amicable Neighbor Center" Community Service Action Research

With the accelerating rate of urbanization,residents' awareness of participation has increased and they have faced a diversified modern large-scale community.Many community needs is very difficult to apply to the traditional theory framework of the three community development model.As government procurement services continue to increase,a large number of social work teams have emerged to compete for social service purchases.However,whether it is possible to respond to different communities and different needs by innovate a service model that suits the region can inspire the community's ability to achieve self-growth and self-management.It also shows that the changes within the community are worth reflecting on.Such research corresponds to the bottleneck period in the development of community services and has certain academic significance in forming the localization experience of social work.This article is guided by ecosystem theory and action research methods.Take the "Amicable Neighboring Center" community service action research project as an example.Using participation in observation,oral history,in-depth interviews with focus groups,and literature analysis,Service on the project background,content,phase changes,and constantly adjustment process will be described in the analysis.Then from the action content,action dilemma and action reflection,a comprehensive study of the community service process was conducted.And compare the advantages and disadvantages of the project development.The service model has endogeneity,reproducibility,resource network self-service,sustainability and other advantages,but also has many deficiencies.Finally,combing out the process of the project,it is proposed that the project is based on the community itself has the possibility of promotion.And hope that action research process of the project,participants see stimulate social awareness and sense of participation is a measure of the quality of services in community service process.It has certain reference value for the region and other domestic communities.
