Children and adolescents are the hope and future of the country,and their physical health is highly valued by the country.Preschool children aged 5-6 are in a critical period of growth and development,but in recent years,the physical condition of preschool children is not optimistic,and the factors causing this situation are various.Physical activity is an effective means to promote physical health.Nowadays,the relative lag of children's physical education in China and the serious phenomenon of "putting more emphasis on intelligence than on physical fitness"in today's education make our children seldom participate in physical activities in this period.Literature studies show that the research on preschool children is increasing year by year,but there are few experimental studies on the physical fitness of preschool children.Therefore,by designing the program and content of football,this study explores the mechanism and effect of football intervention on the improvement of physical fitness of preschool children aged 5-6 years,in order to provide reference for the research in this field.In this study,76 preschool children aged 5-6 years in Licheng Central Primary School kindergarten of Liyang City,Jiangsu Province,were randomly selected as experimental subjects by using the methods of literature,interviews,experiments and mathematical statistics.The fourth class is the experimental group,and the second class is the control group.The number of the two groups is equal,19 men and 19 women each.Children in the experimental group were given 30-minute football games three times a week for 10 weeks.The children in the control group were given routine outdoor sports classes.Before and after the experiment,the two groups of children were tested according to the six indicators selected in the National Physical Fitness Test Standards(Children's Part),which reflected the strength of children's lower limbs:standing long ju1p,tennis throw of upper limbs,sitting forward bend of flexible quality,coordinated double foot continuous jump,10-meter reentry run of sensitive quality,walking balance beam of balance ability,etc.according to the requirelents of the test standards.Try.The data measured before the experiment were homogeneity tested by independent sample T test.The data of height,weight,age and six physical fitness indicators all showed P>0.05,which proved that the two groups of children were experimented at the same level.After 10 weeks'experiment,six physical fitness indexes of two groups of children were tested.The data measured before and after the experiment were analyzed by repeated measurement variance analysis and T test.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)Football game class can significantly improve the strength of lower limbs of preschool children aged 5-6 years compared with conventional outdoor sports class.(2)Football game class has less influence on the improvement of upper limb strength of preschool children aged 5-6 years than regular outdoor sports class.(3)Football game class can promote the development of flexibility of preschool children aged 5-6 more effectively than conventional outdoor sports class.(4)Comparing the football game class with the regular outdoor sports class,it is found that the football activity class effectively improves the coordination of preschool children aged 5-6 years.(5)Football game class can better develop the sensitive quality of preschool children aged 5-6 years than conventional outdoor sports activities.(6)Football game class can significantly improve the balance ability of preschool children aged 5-6 years compared with conventional outdoor sports class.Recommendation:(1)In the future,it is suggested that conditional kindergartens can set football game lessons in the regular outdoor sports activities of the kindergarten,so as to enrich the content of children's sports activities,improve children's physical quality and ensure children's physical health.(2)Children's football lesson should be designed in accordance with the characteristics of children's age,mainly in situational games,to stimulate their curiosity,and to cultivate their courage to explore and overcome difficulties.(3)Children should pay attention to the control of children's sports volume in football class,observe children's performance and reaction in football class at all times,avoid excessive exercise or other factors causing unnecessary harm to children,so as to ensure the smooth progress of children's football class.
