Research On The Creative Characteristics Of Collective Flower Ball Optional Exercises In High School Age From 2015 To 2018

As a kind of sport which is suitable for senior high school students to participate in,ballflower cheerleading has been introduced into China for a short time,but recently it has been strongly supported by China's policies.It provides a benign social environment for the development of cheerleading in China.With the rapid development of the major competitions of ball-flower cheerleading,we should understand the characteristics and trend of its creation and development,grasp the development direction of optional movements of collective ball-flower in senior high school age,explore the design concept of the whole set arrangement of collective ball-flower cheerleading,and maximize the value of the whole set of creation,so as to create more excellent optional action works of collective ball-flower cheerleading which is suitable for high school age,thus promoting the development of China's cheerleading cause.Based on the rules of cheerleading competitions,this study uses the methods of documentation,video analysis,expert interviews,field observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to analyze the works of the teams which participate in optional movements of collective ball-flower of the three National Cheerleading League finals from 2015 to 2018,and to grasp the creative characteristics of collective balls' optional movements in the stage of high school age objectively and accurately.Finally,this study could help to provide new ideas for teachers engaged in choosing routines in teaching high school students.Conclusion is as follows:(1)in the past three years,the characteristics of the creation of movement elements,as a whole,more and more difficult movements are used,while the use rate of basic hand movements is relatively reduced.In part,the types of hand movements are seriously out of balance,and the combination of hand movements with difficult movements needs to be popularized.The use situation of the difficult somersault movement with high dangerous coefficient is basically stable,while the other difficult movements and the cooperative movements among the players all present an increasing trend.(2)in the past three years,the features of the creation of space elements are relatively obvious,with a large number of level changes,and the comprehensive utilization rate of the site is improved.In part,the overall number of formations showed a linear decrease,as did the circular and quadrilateral figures.The situation of simultaneous motion in different directions did not change significantly,and the situation of simultaneous motion in only four directions decreased.(3)the biggest change in the creation of music elements is that the use of sound effectsbecomes less and less,while the use of sound effects is higher for teams with high utilization rate of difficult movements.Music has little change in rate;The average number of music tracks is 5,too few leads to boring routines,too many leads to chaos.(4)the use of clean hair bun and cheerleading shoes by women in the three teams increased linearly,making the details of cheerleading more and more professional.In choosing the size of flower balls,the utilization rate of 5-inch flower balls increases linearly.In the material of flower balls,the matte flower balls almost replace the bright flower balls.In some teams,the matte flower balls are mixed with the laser rainbow stripes with good stage effect.
