Research On The Arrangement Characteristics Of High School Ball-Flower Cheerleading Optional Action

The cheerleading competition was introduced into China in 1998.After the promotion and publicity of the Beijing Olympic Games and the first cheerleading competition in Guangzhou,now the cheerleading competition has been launched vigorously throughout the country,there are also outstanding teams representing the country to participate in the international arena for exchange and exhibition.At present,the development of China's cheerleading program is in the rising stage,and the level of the domestic teams is different,how to further improve the level of flower ball cheerleading is a hot research issue.Therefore,this study analyzes the situation of the participating teams and the characteristics and rules of the creation to grasp the current development level of China's high school stage Flower Ball cheerleading,sum up the direction and specific points suitable for high school stage flower ball cheerleading set creation and compilation,to provide reference for teachers engaged in cheerleading teaching,it enriches the theoretical system of the complete set of cheerleading.This study uses the methods of literature,Video Analysis,logical analysis,expert interview,Mathematical Statistics and other research methods,based on the characteristics of the arrangement of the optional movements of the high school group of the 2020-2021 Gymnastics League,this paper analyzes the basic movements,the difficult movements,the changes of the space,and the music making,and draws the following conclusions:1.In the basic hand position of nine teams,the number of creation and concentration,the proportion of dance movements is small and the style is single,the use frequency of V,T,punch position is high,the use frequency of M,O hand position is low;The layered deduction effect is better.2.The number of difficult movements performed by the nine teams was more in turn than in jump,more in balance and flexibility than in flight,and more in non-group than in group,the quality of the difficult action will greatly influence the final score.3.The timing and number of the transformation of the fixed formation and the mobile formation of the nine teams are more reasonable,but the change rate of the mobile formation is slower;the number of formation changes using the difficulty and transition connection is less,and the change of the spatial level is slightly single,the utilization of space is not enough,and the innovation of space change combination is not good.4.The nine teams averaged 338 beats per second at an average rate of 0.48 seconds per beat.The average number of music composition is 6.4,the music style is mainly pop jazz and DJ,but the special effects added is not extensive,the music style is relatively single,lack of theme.
