In recent years,the research on javelin technology by domestic and foreign outstanding scholars mainly focuses on the analysis and research of the two technical links of javelin crossover and final exertion,but the technical research and analysis of small links is slightly lacking.Therefore,the research on the stage technology of javelin is still insufficient.Therefore,this study analyzes the support technology of high-level female javelin throwers in the throwing stage.Through the analysis of the technical characteristics of the world's elite female javelin throwers,we find out the shortcomings of the Chinese women's javelin throwers in the phased technical aspects,as well as the existing Insufficient to find suggestions,so as to effectively improve the technical level of the Chinese women's javelin field,so that their athletes in the throwing technology as parallel as possible to the world level.The research object of this paper is to participate in the second race of the National Throwing Group Competition held in Chengdu,Sichuan Province from March 30th to April 1st,2018.Six female javelin throwers were selected as test objects,and the PEAK radiant three-dimensional calibration frame was used.Data collection,using the literature data method,three-dimensional video analysis method,through the video analysis software to analyze its support stage,to obtain the kinematics technical parameters of the support phase action.Result:1.In the single support phase,6 subjects are on the right foot landing moment,the support instability leads to excessive right leg braking,which reduces the height of the center of gravity and also loses a large horizontal speed.Because of the lack of leg strength and the ability to withstand the load,it is extended to the double support stage at the inertia speed,resulting in a change in the reclining angle of the trunk,affecting the formation of the "full bow",and the back of the trunk has a premature torso.Move,resulting in a reduction in the final working distance.It also caused the gun arm angle to be too large,and the body formed a "full bow" on the final force stage.In the double support stage,the six subjects were forced to bend their knees too much when they suffered huge impact,which affected the exertion process of the stretching stage,and also caused the upper limbs to move forward too much,resulting in the trunk recoil angle and the gun arm.The change in the angle led to the suspicion of"pulling the gun" in the final hand.In the final stage of exertion,due to the unreasonable movement of the lower limbs,it caused a great burden on the upper limbs,affecting the formation of the "full bow" in the final stage of exertion,and also caused the final "whipping" action to be negligible.mistake.
