In recent years,the global marathon has continued to increase the attention of the media and audience with its high visibility,interactivity and participation.In particular,the marathon culture derived from it has become an emerging research object in the academic world because of its characteristics of mass sports culture.As the benchmark for domestic marathon events,the Beijing Marathon has always attracted the attention of domestic sports enthusiasts,media reporters and cultural researchers.Sina.com has been a domestic veteran sports website and has been reporting on the Beijing Marathon for more than 15 years.The image of the women's contestants with great characteristics has left a deep impression on the public.Taking the Beijing Marathon as an example,the author selects the photo report of the Beijing Marathon from 2003 to 2017 as a research sample,and uses the literature research method,text analysis method,case study method and participation observation method to summarize the Beijing Marathon report.The change in the image of the female runner presented.Through the study of the text,the author found that the female runner image presented in the Sina,s Beijing Marathon photo report has undergone significant changes in the past 15 years.Mainly divided into two stages,the first stage presents a confident and optimistic and traditional positive women's champion image.The second stage presents the image of optimistic and cheerful beauty runners and the sexy multi-faceted female costumes.The first three chapters of this paper focus on the characteristics of these three female runners.In the fourth chapter of the thesis,the author discusses the causes of female runners' image formation in stages,and elaborates the causes from the background of the game,the psychological needs of the audience and the transformation of sina.com.In the conclusion,from the perspective of online media,entrants and the government,the paper puts forward suggestions for rationally shaping the image of female runners.
