The photo report, as one of the reporting channels accepted by a large proportion of readers, communicated rapidly through the ubiquitous network and play a very important role in the news report of World CupIn this thesis, by means of consulting documentation and analyzing the content, we construct a theoretical framework in the photo report of world cup, try to find out the features and regularities of the photo report of word cup on the internet. We do a research on some typical reports and photos from several angles in virtue of analyzing works.This paper refers to the theory of mature, and defines the basic concepts of photo reports, sports news, sports pictures and makes a preliminary analysis of the current research situation. Through the research of SINA, SOHU, NETEASE three major commercial website for the world cup pictures of the site, separately from the report layout design and reported content analysis.
