Research On The Construction Of The Training Model Of International Martial Arts Professionals In Sports Colleges

As the influence of cultural globalization on the world continues to increase,cultural exchanges and cooperation between countries become more frequent,and foreign cultural communicators play an important role in international culture.As a legacy of traditional excellent national culture,Chinese martial arts are increasingly influenced by the lack of international martial arts talents in the development of globalization,making it difficult for Chinese martial arts to reach certain standards and consensus in the world.As a higher education institution for the training of martial arts talents,the construction of international martial arts talents training objectives,teaching methods,curriculum structure and training programs is the innovation and deepening of the training mode of martial arts professionals in sports colleges.The cultivation of internationalized martial arts talents has a long way to go.Through the definition of internationalization,martial arts international talents,talent training mode and other related concepts,as well as the analysis of the training mode of martial arts talents in current sports colleges,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on international martial arts talent training mode and analyzes international martial arts talents.The cultivation mode constructs favorable factors,which provides an effective theoretical basis for the construction of international martial arts talent training mode.This research builds the talent training model from the international training objectives,curriculum,faculty and training strategies,and creates a standardized operation mechanism for the training of international martial arts talents.Physical education colleges have a certain scale of martial arts personnel training system and the teaching team has foreign teaching experience,which plays a key supporting role in building a talent training model.The research results are as follows:1 The purpose of training martial arts international talents in physical education colleges is to meet the needs of martial arts culture to promote foreign martial arts and improve the international status of Chinese martial arts,and to cultivate students with good foreign language communication skills,broad vision and comprehensive international literacy.2 The construction of the internationalized talent training mode of martial arts in sports colleges is based on the development of the ability and quality of international martial arts talents.By setting up teachers with international capabilities,setting up international courses,combining Confucius Institutes and other foreign institutions.Jointly run schools to form a rationalized and standardized international martial arts talent training model.3 The primary task of international martial arts talent training is to implement the concept of internationalization,from the school running to the transformation of teachers and students to the internationalized development of thinking,the country to build a martial arts talent training model to help explore the development of international martial arts talents Laws and methods.4 International martial arts talent training curriculum is the key,reasonable curriculum is the core of international martial arts talents.In response to the requirements of international martial arts talents training,the curriculum of physical education colleges strengthens the comprehensive and international content of the curriculum.5 Constructing an internationalized talent training model for martial arts majors in sports colleges,based on two major sectors: training elements and operational mechanisms.The training and construction of international martial arts talents,and related policies and financial support are the main framework for the construction of international martial arts talent training mode.International martial arts teachers are the main body of martial arts international talent training,and policies and funds are the guarantee for training.Some elements are coordinated to ensure the effective operation of the model.
