Objective:As a tool to understand the development of children's physique,the National Physique Measurement Standard?Early Childhood Part?plays an active role in promoting the development of children's physique.However,from the point of view of the existing situation and trend of children's physical development,there are many problems in the current infant physique measurement,whether it is the choice of test items,or the evaluation criteria and test methods of infant physique measurement,which can not accurately evaluate the level of children's physical fitness[42].In view of the above problems,a new test method for children's physical fitness?cross quadrant jump,vertical jump touch height,horizontal bar cantilever and horizontal delimited area walking balance beam?was developed through improved experimental research,which aims to reflect the development level of children's physical fitness more accurately.Research methods:the relationship between the improved physical fitness test method and the original physical fitness test method relationship between the improved physical fitness test method and the original physical fitness test method.After that,the improved test method was used as the test tool,the experimental intervention was carried out on the children in the experimental group and the control group,and the difference T test and effect quantity analysis were carried out before and after the experiment to test whether the improved physical fitness test method could make an accurate evaluation of the changes in physical fitness.Results:?1?The correlation analysis between the results of cross-quadrant jump and the results of cross-quadrant run shows that the correlation coefficient between cross-quadrant jump and cross-quadrant run r=0.599,P<0.05,indicating that cross-quadrant jump can effectively measure the sensitive quality level of young children.Through the analysis of the test results before and after the experimental group and the control group,it was concluded that the post-test results of each age group were significantly better than those of the pre-test?P<0.05?,and that the large class?effect d P<0.532?and the middle class?d P<0.560?had better experimental results,and the small class?d P<0.105?had poor results.It shows that the cross quadrant jump can measure the change level of children's sensitive quality and has good sensitivity to age.?2?The correlation analysis between the vertical jump and the standing long jump results shows that the vertical jump and the standing long jump correlation coefficient r=0.521 are significantly correlated?Pr=0.05?,and the longitudinal jump height can also effectively measure the lower limb strength of young children.Through the analysis of the test results before and after the experimental group and the control group,it was concluded that the post-test results of each age group were significantly better than those of the pre-test?P<0.05?,and the effect of the large class?d=0.5?and the middle class?d=0.66?were better,and the small class?0.35?was not effective.It shows that the vertical jump touch height can measure the change level of children's lower limb strength.?3?Horizontal bar cantilever and tennis throw far correlation coefficient r=-0.325negative correlation,Pr=0.002<0.01 shows very significant.It shows that the horizontal bar cantilever can effectively measure the upper limb strength of young children.Through the analysis of the test results before and after the experimental group and the control group,it was concluded that the results of post-test were significantly better than those of pre-test?P<0.05?,large class?d=0.63?,middle class?0.75?and small class?d=0.58?in all ages.indicating that the horizontal bar cantilever can measure the level of upper limb strength change in young children.?4?It is only to transplant the test site from the balance beam to the ground,and the site area is exactly the same as the test index,so it can effectively measure the balance ability of young children.By analyzing the test results before and after the experimental group and the control group,it was concluded that the post-test results of each age group were significantly better than those of the pre-test?P<0.05?.According to the above results,the following suggestions are put forward:1.For the children of high age who are about to enter the primary school stage,it is suggested to adopt the cross quadrant jump test method to detect their sensitive quality level.2.the test of children's limb and trunk strength,we can choose the method of longitudinal jump touch height and horizontal bar cantilever,which is simple and can directly evaluate the change of limb strength.3.testing children's balance ability to use as high as possible safety,can eliminate the psychological fear of young children test methods,such as in the flat area designated by the balance beam.
