"Survey On The Status Quo Of Amateur Football Youth Training In Shanghai—Taking Huya And Other 5 Football Clubs As Examples.

This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,interview,comparative analysis and comprehensive analysis,According to the investigation of the founders,coaches and trainees of five amateur football clubs,such as FC tomato youth football club in Shanghai,East Asia Youth Football Club,tiger bud youth football training club,All Star Youth Football Club and Hi son youth football club,it is found that most of the football clubs in Shanghai pay more attention to the cultivation of male football players;they focus on the cultivation of interests and hobbies;they don't pay attention to the sustainable development of young people,and there are few clubs The purpose of music department is to train students to professional teams.Only one third of clubs pay more attention to students' normal competition.Compared with the sports school teachers,there are still some gaps in the professional level and guidance level of the club coaches;in terms of educational background,there are also uneven,a few coaches havemaster's degree,most of which are undergraduate or below;secondly,the daily training equipment is not perfect,the venue is not full;in addition,the source of recruitment channels is relatively single.The reason why the above five football clubs are the objects of this survey is that on the one hand,these five clubs have been established for a long time and are representative,and on the other hand,they will lead the students to participate in a number of large-scale domestic sports every year.The purpose of the survey is to provide reference for the sustainable development of Shanghai Youth Football Club,as well as some suggestions and opinions for the development of football in other provinces where there is no football club.
