| In the context of the 2022 Beijing winter Olympic Games,the state vigorously advocates the promotion of "ice and snow sports into the campus".In the "key points of mass sports work in 2019" issued by the general administration of sport of China,it points out that the popularization of Floorball and other sports should be promoted,and the winter sports should be "expanded southward and eastward",so as to achieve the goal of "leading 300 million people to participate in ice and snow sports".Floorball has broken the dilemma of winter sports in southern cities like Shanghai,which are short of ice and snow,and brought opportunities and channels for the development of ice and snow sports on campus in Shanghai.This study through the literature material method,field survey method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical analysis of Floorball campus in Shanghai to carry out the basic situation of investigation and analysis,summed up the campus Floorball to carry out the model,find out the current problems of Floorball into campus,Shanghai campus Floorball development countermeasures was put forward,aiming at the Shanghai campus Floorball movement development provides a certain reference to carry out the mode and development paths,promote the Floorball school achieved rapid development in Shanghai,power "three hundred million people took part in ice and snow sports," for the 2022 winter Olympic Games in Beijing to build strong education and cultural atmosphere.Research conclusions:5.1 In Shanghai Floorball colleges and universities,the construction of discipline courses and activity courses is the main part,and the construction of activity courses is the main part in middle and lower school.The school "skillfully" USES the field,indoor stadium + outdoor stadium simultaneously;Universities and primary schools actively explore the multi-way training and selection system,and participate in the competition and exchange inside and outside the school,so as to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of Floorball on campus.5.2 Shanghai schools carry out the Floorball,based on their own reality,"actively think of ways,make efforts to take new measures",and pursue the development of Floorball on campus with a variety of models and blooming flowers.Practical courses,cooperation and co-construction of primary and secondary schools,home-schoolcooperation and co-construction model has gradually achieved results.5.3 The main internal motivation for students to persist in learning Floorball is out of love,while the main external motivation for students to participate is the school's field equipment guarantee.The students gained knowledge and skills,exercised will quality,enhanced interpersonal communication,and understood the ice and snow sports culture in the study of Floorball on campus.5.4 At present,the factors influencing the development of Floorball on campus in Shanghai include the shortage of professional teachers,the narrow source of funds,the weak government support and macro control,and the thin atmosphere of campus culture publicity.5.5 Shanghai campus Floorball should assist the construction of teachers on a multi-level platform from a global perspective,broaden the funding channels through multi-level coordination,ensure the development process of top-level design,and create an atmosphere for the winter Olympics through the three cultural propaganda.5.6 The development path of Shanghai campus Floorball consists of four steps:four-party linkage,"combination of sports and education" to promote the development,the improvement of the platform for the fourth-level league,and the construction of four systems to jointly build. |
