Research On Youth Anti-addiction Design Based On Offline Replacement Service

At present,the problem of teenagers' Internet addiction has become a hot social issue which must be solved urgently.Many countries and regions have introduced policies and measures in various ways against addiction and intervene in order to help teenagers deal with the Internet temptation correctly.Although these anti-addiction measures have plaid a certain role in alleviating,but from the view of practical result,this problem can't be solved fundamentally.Based on this,this article conducted the reconsideration on the strategy of network addiction prevention from the perspective of "service design" by using methods such as questionnaire surgery,interviews,service blueprint and so on.And further discussed the teenagers network addition status,risk factors and values view referencing to the theory of "social exchange theory".Tried to adjust the existing "touch point" sequence,and used offline "Idle exchange" services as additional touch point to adjust the traditional positioning of anti-addiction service intervention,reconstruct the value of time,promote youth for their time management ability,make them voluntary and initiative to reduce the reliance on the network,finally provide the basis for the feasibility of offline "Idle exchange" services,at the same time also opens up more possibilities for effectively solving the problem of Internet addiction among teenagers.
