In the Internet age,mobile phones have become an increasingly important production tool and living medium for the economy and society.In particular,the emergence of various types of mobile phones has greatly improved the convenience of people's daily life and work,and has enriched people's leisure and entertainment,and has become a "tool",for killing time.On the other hand,the competition of mobile Internet has gradually become a competition for traffic and time.In order to obtain more user time or commercial interests,APP based on user needs,interests and even human weaknesses has been continuously launched and competed.At the same time,users' dependence on mobile phones is increasing,and the phenomenon of mobile phone addiction is gradually becoming more prominent.The mobile APP represented by mobile games and short videos consumes a lot oft ime and energy,and has caused negative effects such as narrowing of the social circle,increased loneliness,and loss of attention,which has aroused widespread concern and discussion in society.With the various social problems and design ethics issues brought about by mobile phone addiction,the development of mobile anti-addiction system is imperative.In order to protect the physical and mental health of users,major Internet companies represented by Tencent and Apple have successively launched "anti-addiction systems",but most anti-addiction systems or APPs are solved by "showing usage time" and "setting usage limit".The problem of mobile phone addiction,the former is too weak,the latter is too strong,it is easy to cause rebellious psychology,and can not achieve effective and lasting anti-addiction.In this context,through the research on the user behavior level,this paper proposes to help people get rid of the indulging state of mobile phones by means of guidance and transfer.First of all,combined with the existing theoretical and practical results,put forward the "four strategies of mobile phone anti-addiction"(transfer,warning,obstacle,moderate);secondly.use George Homans' "social exchange theory" to build a set of people in social behavior The"exchange" mechanism forms the architecture of the mobile phone anti-addiction system;finally,it sorts out related functions and carries out design practice.Based on the theory of social exchange and design ethics,this paper conducts breakthrough deep thinking research on the anti-addiction problem of mobile phones on the basis of full investigation and case practice,especially the innovative research of multi-level strategy,in today's fast and changeable social background.It has a positive meaning.
