Research On Social Security Of Landless Peasants Of Jiining Nanhe District

lining district is the municipal district of wulanchabu,Inner Mongolia autonomous region,with a total area of 526.5 square kilometers,with a total population of more than 400,000,and the urbanization rate of permanent residents is 62%.In recent years,along with the progress of urbanization,the urban circulation of agricultural land has become an important way for urban areas to increase construction land.And this process also forcibly cut off the internal connection between the peasants and the land from the outside,broke the original production and lifestyle of the peasants,and not only caused changes in their lives.At the same time,it has also made great changes in the way of social security for landless farmers.In order to better describe the problems existing in the social security of landless peasants in Nanhequ Village in Jining District,I conducted a questionnaire survey on 115 landless peasants in Nanhequ Village.The article is divided into seven chapters.In addition to the introduction and theoretical basis of the first chapter and the second chapter,the third chapter is the basic situation of landless peasants in Nanhe Canal Village.The fourth chapter is about the status quo of social security for landless peasants,including pension,medical treatment and unemployment.The fifth chapter summarizes some problems in Social security of landless peasants and the main reasons for these problems through the analysis of questionnaire data.Chapter 6 puts forward some reasonable suggestions based on the actual situation of Nanhe Canal Village by drawing on the good experience of the land-lost farmers'social security at home and abroad.Chapter 7 is the conclusion and prospect.Finally,this paper concludes that the first is to establish the pension insurance mechanism for landless farmers,to achieve the full coverage of pension security,and to realize the value of pension preservation and increase;Second,it is necessary to establish a medical security service system for landless peasants and encourage them to actively participate in the insurance system.Third,it is necessary to develop jobs to absorb this part of the labor force of landless farmers and provide them with skills training;Fourth,we need to use legal weapons to protect the rights and interests of landless peasants.The significance of this paper is to provide relevant suggestions for solving the problem of social security for landless farmers in Nanhe Canal and to provide reference for similar problems in other regions.
