Using the pragmatics of communication developed by Paul Watzlawick, we are able to show some limits of the sender-receptor model of communication.;Second, as a theoretical tool, it allows the development of the theoretical models proposed by the discipline of project management. In this sense, our work is being articulated around two different disciplinary fields so we can seriously approach the communicational dimension of the management act.;The study presented here shows that the use of such models is actually a reducing perspective on project management communication and interaction. In order to realize this exploration, a solid theoretical framework based on communication theories is presented. By adopting a thought process issued from new logic of action, we are proposing to recover the actors' interaction by a sphere of influence created by "communicational pragmatics". Registered in a project management framework, those cybernetic notions adapted to communication theories by Paul Watzlawick serve this study in presenting a new lecture regarding project-actors' communication and interaction. (Abstract shortened by UMI.);In this work, Watzlawick's model plays a double role. First, it positions the evolution of communication sciences as a paradigm for the management sciences.
