Research On The Improvement Of Co-ordinated Management In The Film Project Process Of K Company

Film project as one of many projects,its management content is similar to general project management,but it has its own characteristics.In the film project,the co-ordinating management is inseparable from the time management and schedule management of the project,and to some extent affects the cost and quality of the film.In the film project,the co-ordinating staff need to maintain close communication with the various functional departments in the film project,and adjust the schedule in time,which also requires higher flexibility for co-ordinating management.For the directors in the film project,if the co-ordinating management work is carried out smoothly,it can effectively help them complete the artistic creation of the film;for the production director,good co-ordinating management can help them save unnecessary expenses within the film team,or even shorten the shooting cycle.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of project management and film and television co-ordinated management in and abroad.Through the personal practice and investigation and analysis of K Company’s film project,it puts forward the problems existing in the co-ordinated management of K Company’s film project in the filming process,and analyses the reasons for the problems.In the process of analysis,this paper puts forward that the co-ordinating management involves the organizational structure,time management methods and the construction of communication system in project management.Based on these aspects,this paper puts forward an improved plan for co-ordinating management and safeguards to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan.It is hoped that the research and the proposed scheme in this paper will have a certain practical reference value for K Company and other similar companies in the filming process of future film projects,and can provide some reference and experience for managers.
