| In this thesis work complete surface subsurface model was coupled with reservoir simulation model. The coupled model provides a practical tool that aids production and reservoir engineers to assign production rates and notice the affects of these rates on the total network. It also provides a mean of integrated optimization where the effects of each optimization scenario would be carried over the entire network taking all network constrains into consideration.;The coupled model was optimized utilizing sequential quadratic programming. Two scenarios where utilized in order to optimize crude handling facilities configurations showing the effects of change in surface facilities on reservoir level. |
