Cross-cultural training

This thesis will present a review of the empirical literature on the effectiveness of cross-cultural training produced during the last 20 years. It will explore the types of cross-cultural training curriculum some U.S. corporations are already using, and which cross-cultural methods, programs and courses are currently available. Finally, it will emphasize the outcomes that cross-cultural training can produce in companies doing business in a global environment.
