This thesis describes hydrodynamics experiments in the normal and superfluid phases of liquid ('3)He. These investigations are performed at saturated vapor pressure at temperatures between 0.5 mK and 5 mK.;In the normal phase we have measured the viscosity and quantitatively observed the effect of quasiparticle mean free path on hydrodynamics. Our superfluid experiments concern critical currents is the B-phase, magnetic effects on bulk hydrodynamics, and the question of intrinsic dissipation effects in the superfluid.
