The secondary metabolites of microorganisms has been an important source of the research of drugs.Since Fleming discovered penicillin,and the discovery of gentamicin,kanamycin,and beta lactam semi-synthetic antibiotic,the secondary metabolites of microorganisms has made the important contribution for human health.This thesis has mainly summarized the research of the secondary metabolites isolated from the cultures of two fungal strains associated with the plant(Imperata cylindrica Linn.)Beauv.and insect hosts(Tenodera aridifolia Stoll).And isolated the mixtures of Cao Jiangming's the structural transformation of dalesconol A.These metabolites were isolated by the combination of chromatographies over columns preloaded with Silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20,and HPLC.These compounds were structurally identified by the interpretation of their spectroscopic data including MS,1H-and 13C-NMR,HMQC,COSY,HMBC,NOESY,CD,and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.A total of 26 compounds were isolated,including eight new compounds(seven new skeleton compound).In addition,we will report the results are as follows:Five compounds was isolated from the culture of Trichothecium roseum IFB-22133,isolated from Imperata cylindrical(Linn.)Beauv.including four cyclodepsipeptides(1-4)and one terpenoid(new compound).MTT method was used to inspect the compounds' cytotoxic activities of the activated lymph node cells and the lymph node cells in mice.The results showed that compounds 1 and 2 displayed good and more selective activities against the Con A activation.The main purpose of this work is the enrichment of compounds 1 and 2 for further research.Got 3.0g dalesconol A from the culture of Daldinia eschscholzi IFB-TL01.Isolated six new compound from the mixtures of Jiangming Cao's the structural transformation of dalesconol A.And isolated fifteen compounds from the extract of the regrown material of Daldinia eschscholzi IFB-TL01.Among the fifteen compounds,one has novel carbon frameworks(8).Some compounds(7?8?12?13?21)were performed chiral separation.The activity of these compounds is under study.
