Urban underground pipeline is the main routes of city's "material flow","energy flow" and "information flow",also an important infrastructure and city's lifeline.In recent years,with the advance of "digital city",underground pipeline geographic information system is gradually becoming the core of urban planning,urban construction and urban management in the field of information application,and plays an increasingly important role in urban geographic information sharing.However,the presence of the integrated pipeline GIS and many professional pipelines GIS which serve for the operation and management of the pipelines authority sectors are heterogeneous significantly,which makes the contradiction between the further development of the application of underground pipeline information and pipeline sharing more and more prominent.Besides the reason of the sharing difficulties which caused by pipeline management mode,pipeline data model,data acquisition methods and accuracy requirements,the essence reason which occurs the barries of current pipeline information sharing are the spatial semantic problem of the pipeline such as the disunion cognition of pipeline system,the inconsistence of the pipeline information's element classification and the incompleteness of pipeline features's description.In view of this,aiming at the problem of semantic sharing of the geographic information of underground pipeline,this paper analyses the classification of underground pipeline feature,spatial data,pipeline information system and pipeline knowledge and rules,proposes the five tuple logical structure of urban underground pipeline spatial ontology with its formal expression.Design the structure of spatial ontology database of underground pipeline and construct is with Jena framework.Verify the availability of spatial ontology database of urban underground pipeline in the application scenarios of integration,matching and knowledge with urban underground pipelines.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Considering the difference in the integrated pipeline GIS,many professional pipelines GIS and the public services platform of underground pipeline geographic information,this paper studies the reason of the variety of different underground pipeline spatial data,analysis the spatial knowledge of the underground pipeline,proposes the "five-tuple structure" of the underground pipeline ontology and expresses them formally in concept,attribute,relation,axiom and individual aspacts,builds kinds of underground pipeline ontologies.(2)This paper studies the structure mapping methods of underground pipeline ontologies,designs the structures of the urban underground pipeline ontology library and then construct it.Proposes the frame of application of ontology library knowledge infer,defines the spatial calculation function of the underground pipeline and build the rules of pipeline inferring.(3)Aiming at data fusion of urban underground pipeline and the pipeline data matching and pipeline data knowledge reasoning,the experiment is designed to evaluate the application of the spatial ontology base of urban underground pipeline.In pipeline data matching experiment,this paper use semantic similarity method based on the ontology libraries to calculate the semantic similarity,and then use the results to compare and analysis with the result calculating from the method which based on the semantic distance.In knowledge inferring experiment,this paper builds kinds of underground pipeline rules,and put them into the application of data verify and suitable analysis.Evaluation results show that,the ontology base can improve the accuracy of semantic similarity calculation and the accuracy of pipeline data checking which can verify the correctness and practicability of the spatial ontology base of urban underground pipeline.
