Ecological land not only provides shelter for animals and plants, but also provides various ecological services for human beings. It has always played an important role. The rapid increase in population has led to the expansion of human activity areas, resulting in a large number of ecological land being replaced. With the popularization of environmental protection concept and the implementation of sustainable development strategies, people are increasingly aware of the value of ecological land.It is of great significance for the formulation of ecological protection policy and the rational utilization of land resources to summarize the current situation and changes of ecological landuse, analyse the driving factors affectiong the change of ecological landuse and simulate the change direction of ecological landuse. This paper relies on the database of land use status of the Resource and Environment Science Data Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.Based on the land use/land cover change data of Sanming City in 1990,1995,2000,2005,2010 and 2015,combined with the topography and spatial location factors and the socioeconomic statistics of 2005 and 2010,the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of ecological landuse in Sanming City were analyzed at different levels. And try to explore the driving force of landuse area change through binary logistic regression. Finally, based on the spatialized particle swarm optimization algorithm, the ecological land use in Sanming City was simulated, and the ecological landuse layout in different situations was optimized. The results show that:(1)The area of ecological land decreased from 1990 to 2015.Only in 1990 to 1995,the total area of ecological land increased slightly, and in 2000 to 2005,the reduction rate of ecological land area was the fastest.Only in 1990–1995,the total area of ecological land increased slightly, and in 2000-2005,the reduction rate of ecological land area was the fastest. The dynamic degree of each ecological land use type varied during the study period, but the trend of change was gradually convergent. The landuse in Sanming City has been transferred from internal transformation of ecological land to non-ecological land.(2)The results of landscape pattern index showed that the arable land patches increased and the landscape gradually fragmented;the fragmentation degree of forest land increased but the shape was more regular;the grassland patches gradually merged;the landscape pattern index of water area changed greatly, and the landscape fragmentation was more serious. The dominant fragmentation patterns of different ecological landuse were different, and the proportion of fragmentation patterns of the same type of landuse varies greatly with time.(3)In the first stage, arable land was mainly affected by topography and spatial location, and in the second stage, the proportion of socio-economic factors increased. The main explanatory variable of forest land area increase was spatial location factor.Grassland was greatly affected by spatial location in the first stage, while terrain and socio-economic factors were the main influencing factors in the second stage.(4)By optimizing the particle swarm optimization algorithm, the simulation and optimization of ecological landuse in Sanming City wrer realized. The results show that the algorithm can simulate the layout of land and realize the optimal allocation of ecological land caaording to different development situations.Under different circumstances, the construction land has expands to different degrees, the fragmentation of ecological land landscape has weakened and the spatial distribution was more reasonable.
