With the improvement of medical level,there will be great demand for home medical and health care electronic equipment.At present,the general development trend of medical electronic terminal products is portable and wearable.Biological information collected by medical electronic terminal products usually has strong privacy.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a biological signal acquisition system based on wireless body area network to improve the portability and safety of current medical electronic terminal products.This article first designed a biological signal acquisition system based on the ADS1299 chip for weak biological signals,and described the hardware modules and control software needed in detail.Secondly,designed for the convenience of medical electronic terminal products,designed through the human body surface transmission The signal transceiving system effectively reduces the complexity of the system lines and improves convenience.Then designed a safe data transmission program,using identity authentication to ensure the security of private data.Finally,according to the various systems and schemes designed in this paper,the prototype design of the EEG signal acquisition and transmission system is completed.The main work of this paper is reflected in:(1)A biological signal acquisition system is designed based on the ADS1299 biopotential acquisition chip.It includes the ADS1299 acquisition circuit,the HT32F12366 control circuit,and system power scheme design.At the same time,the design program completes the data interaction with the ADS1299 chip.The system can realize the identification of biological signals with a minimum of 0.5uV,while the contact impedance is reduced to 4.2 kiloohms and the common mode rejection ratio is as high as 108dB.(2)Designed FSK transceiver module for human body communication and Bluetooth module for communication with computer.Including FSK transceiver circuit and control program design based on 73M223 chip,and Bluetooth communication circuit and corresponding program design based on HC-5.0 module.(3)Based on the elliptic curve asymmetric encryption algorithm,a data security transmission scheme is designed.Including designing and simulating data security scheme through MATLAB,and implementing data security program design in LabVIEW host computer software and single-chip microcomputer software based on FLINT/C library.In the scheme,the limited field elliptic curve algorithm within 200 bits is used to realize identity authentication,which improves the security performance and reduces the calculation complexity.Finally,the bio-signal acquisition system,human body communication transceiver system and data security scheme of this paper are integrated.Based on the domestic HT32F12366 control chip and LabVIEW software,the prototype design of the EEG signal acquisition and transmission system is built,and the EEG signal amplification and filtering are realized,display.
