Coordinator is an important component in the self-propelled artillery.For coordinator's coordination action,if the coordination of the positioning error exceeds the required accuracy of the coordinated positioning of the target,then the artillery launch prone to failure.Therefore,in this paper,the artillery coordinator as the main research object,its dynamic characteristics and kinematic reliability and other aspects of research,the main research work in this paper as follows:(1)Through the research on the theory of parameter modeling,parametric gap virtual prototype model of coordinator is established by ADAMS.Considering the elastic deformation of the coordinating arm,the flexible body modal neutral file of the coordinating arm is established by ANSYS software,exported by the ADAMS macro command of ANSYS,imported into ADAMS through the interface of ADAMS/FLEX,and established the artillery coordinator rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model.And then use ADAMS to establish a virtual prototype model for the magazine and gun coordinator assembly.(2)Using the monte carlo sampling to generate random numbers,a self-defined function that can randomly generate normal distributions is written and then dynamically linked with ADAMS software so that the functions can enter the library functions of ADAMS.By calling a custom function,you can automatically modify the gap size during the simulation.(3)Developed a module of coordinator simulation that uses C++ to make calls to ANSYS and ADAMS software,automatically creates coordination arm modal neutrals,and automatically opens the coordinator model simulation.(4)Through the research of simulation of ADAMS script,the complete sequence action of artillery coordinator and selection bomb,bomb,bomb,coordination,pendulums,missiles and no-load return missiles for artillery is completed and closer to the actual operating conditions.Using ADAMS command language that can automatically modify the model,which provides a very effective method for the automatic cycle simulation of the gun coordinator and automatic output of the measured object data.(5)Through the coordination of the flexible body,the coordination arm and the pendulum arm of the drive speed,the size of the deputy sports gap,the number of vice sports gap,Friction of the clearence between the movement and equivalent stiffness coefficient and the equivalent damping coefficient of these Influencing factors were studied and their influence on the coordinator's displacement,velocity and acceleration as well as the kinematic contact force were analyzed.The error analysis and quantitative analysis on the influence of the clearance and the number of the moving pair and the driving speed are analyzed.The influence of the clearance of the moving pair on the movement reliability of the coordinator is analyzed.(6)The kinematic pair wear characteristics of the gun coordinator were studied,and its dynamic wear rules and its influence on the coordinator were analyzed.
