Application Of City Address Coding Technology In Intelligent Ji'an Spatiotemporal Information Cloud

With the development of geographic information technology,the demand of urban managers for geographic information data is becoming more and more urgent.Geographic information system is also widely used in various industry units and government administrative departments.In our country,all government departments have established their own information databases,and most of them contain the address information of place names.If we can fully mine the address description text,transform the non spatial address information into the spatial location information,and make the databases established by all departments establish connections,and realize data sharing,it will provide great help for urban information management and people's life Help.Therefore,in order to promote the information exchange among all departments of the city and meet the needs of all departments for geographic information data,the coding rules that meet the characteristics of Chinese address are designed,and the standardized address model is established.Based on the address coding database of Ji'an City and the service support of address matching engine,this study realizes the sharing of address data and the demonstration system of place name address.Address coding technology realizes the transformation from non spatial address information to spatial location information,which brings convenience to urban management and public life.The work content of the project is as follows:(1)By studying the background and significance of address coding technology,this paper analyzes the current situation of address coding research at home and abroad and the problems of address coding at home and abroad.It is clear that China needs to establish a standard place name specification system and complete the construction of the standard address coding database.(2)According to the characteristics of Chinese address,the method of segment encoding is used to encode the address,and the rules of Chinese address encoding are designed.The design of standardized address model that meets the national standard is completed.(3)This paper studies the overall design of database,expounds the process of database building,and discusses the work contents of address data field collection,internal page inspection,data audit,address update and data quality control.(4)The address matching engine and service interface are designed,and the address matching method suitable for address characteristics in China is studied.(5)This paper introduces the overall design and running environment of the system,and realizes the address matching prototype system.
