| Surveying and mapping work is a basic and preliminary work during the national economic and social development.It is widely used in economic construction,national defense construction,administration,and other fields by providing comprehensive and unique foundation information.It is an essential part of the socialist modernization as an important basic work.Geographic information is easy to store,copy and spread.Once the confidential geographic information is lost,it will cause endless harm.At present,surveying and mapping production units pay more attention to technology than management.The occurrence of geographic information security accidents is caused by unsafe human behaviors,lack of protection of equipment and imperfect management system.Therefore,it is urgent to study a set of secret information protection mechanism,take preventive measures in advance,eliminate security risks,so as to prevent the occurrence.This paper is mainly devoted to the research on the mechanism of secret information protection during surveying and mapping.Taking surveying and mapping department of S bureau of T city as the research object,this paper finds out the problems existing in the work of secret information protection of surveying and mapping department through questionnaire survey and interview survey,and the author analyzes the causes of these problems.Combined with the problems found during the research process,the author use the theory of risk management,human resources management,refer to the United States and other developed countries' management experience,to optimize the original working mechanism from establishing working system,perfect the mechanism of employing persons,strengthen supervision and emergency management mechanism,cultivating organization culture and other aspects.Finally,the author explores a set of more detailed information protection mechanism,this mechanism has reference significance to other surveying and mapping production unit,and is worth applying and popularizing. |
