Research On Progress Management Of Urban Basic Surveying And Mapping Dynamic Update Project

One of the important contents of project management is to control the progress of the project.In order to ensure that the project can be completed on time,a series of work is one of the key factors to determine the smooth implementation of the project.Progress control of the engineering project plays a pivotal role in project management.In order to ensure that the project can be completed on time,a series of work is the key factor to the smooth implementation of the project.To facilitate the basic surveying and mapping services for urban construction,to meet the needs for management and operation and for constructing the big data and to improve the services of surveying and mapping geographic information for the economic and social development the provincial capital city and to promote the co-construction and sharing of basic geographic information resources,City A Natural Resources and Planning Bureau,based on City A's "Thirteenth Five-Year" Basic Surveying and Mapping Plan and other relevant regulations,has made full use of the data provided by the existing surveying and mapping institutes,and carried out the monthly updating of the topographic data of the 1:500 scale topographic map in 2019.To guarantee the timely fulfillment of the project,the relevant theories of project schedule management are applied for analysis and relevant schedule control measures are proposed.This thesis first introduces relevant research on project management home and abroad.In the second section,it explains the concepts of project management and project schedule management,the process of project schedule preparation and control,project schedule management methods and related theories of basic surveying and mapping.Next section sorts out the sources,monthly updating of the schedule planning,project content and processes and project organization of the basic surveying and mapping dynamic updating project of City A.On this basis,relevant progress management theories are applied to do the analysis concerning the WBS decomposition,task decomposition,process planning,and process time estimation,and a project network diagram is drawn relying on the critical path method.The estimation results indicated that the project was to take 390 days to complete,exceeding the previously planned 365 days.Therefore,this thesis adopts the critical chain method to optimize the project duration.Finally,the safeguard measures for schedule control are proposed,and the process control method is put forward from the critical path and the non-critical path,together with the schedule risk emergent solution and the analysis of the effect of the project schedule management.The research in this thesis has certain significance for the progress control of the basic surveying and mapping dynamic updating project of City A,to ensure that the project will be completed within the specified time.Meanwhile,the research in the thesis can also provide some reference for other similar surveying and mapping data updating projects.
