Research And Application Of Data Processing Technology For Marine

The marine environment is an important part of the combat effectiveness of the sea.Marine hydrology and meteorology are the marine environment information that must be mastered by marine aircraft,surface warships and underwater submarines in carrying out various military tasks.Marine investigation is the most basic means to grasp the marine environment.In the process of recognizing the ocean and reforming the ocean,China's marine undertakings need to master a large amount of ocean information in order to find various laws in the ocean.Marine data processing system with high efficiency has become the focus of attention of relevant professionals because of its low error rate,large amount of data processing and fast processing speed.It is urgent to continuously improve and refine the marine data processing system.This paper designs and implements a set of information system for processing marine meteorological survey data,which provides a basis for promoting the information construction of marine meteorological survey.The quality control system of marine meteorological survey data is based on.NET Framework technology.The system realizes the data processing of various meteorological observation instruments currently used by the navy,and has been popularized and applied both inside and outside the army.The realization of the system meets the basic work requirements of meteorologic survey ship,and promotes the efficient meteorological data processing within meteorologic ship,and establishes a good ship's software platform.After analyzing the actual requirements of the system,we finally determined the technical scheme and architecture of the system,and decided to use C/S three-tier structure,Framework technology based on.Net,and component development technology to complete the system.The advantages of the system are that it can process the observation data of the new generation of ocean observation instruments,process the data efficiently and accurately,simplify the system integration and facilitate the system maintenance.It not only provides convenience for the work of ship's personnel,but also provides strong support for China's marine environmental protection.
