1.Hyriopsis cumingii is a kind of aquatic animal with high economic value,which has broad development prospect.The passing water body can be filtered and purified,and at the same time,it has the ability to purify the water body.When using mussel to purify water quality,it is necessary to master reasonable feeding density,which can not only ensure that mussel can purify water quality well,but also avoid that the content of TP,TN,NH3-N in excreted feces is higher than the total amount of absorption and purification,which leads to the increase of nitrogen and phosphorus concentration in water.According to the removal of each pollution index,the purification effect of raising 4 mussel in 100L water is the best.2.Through the data obtained from static test,it can be seen that Hyriopsis cumingii algae have the best effect on eutrophication treatment of water body,using Hyriopsis cumingii to filter algae and organic debris to improve the transparency of water body to reduce the concentration of suspended matter in water,using Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus subtilis to convert macromolecular organic matter into small molecular compound,and using Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus subtilis to decompose macromolecular organic matter into small molecular compound.Chlorella vulgaris is used to absorb small molecular compounds,carbon dioxide is absorbed by photosynthesis of Chlorella vulgaris,and dissolved oxygen in water is increased at the same time,which creates the necessary growth environment for Bacillus.Through the mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship between bacteria,Chlorella vulgaris and Hyriopsis cumingii,their respective ecological functions were improved.The ecological remediation of aquaculture wastewater was carried out to effectively improve the water quality of eutrophication water.3.Exemplary engineering automation pipe network supply feeding system,including:central controller,batching tank,lifting pump,mixing feeding device,feeding pipe network and multiple foster boxes.The central controller is connected to the batching tank,the lifting pump and the mixing and feeding device respectively to control the batching tank,and can control the lifting pump to lift the ingredients in the batching tank to the mixing and feeding device,and conveying the mixed batching device to the pipeline of the conveying and feeding pipe network.The pipes of the conveying pipe network are connected with the plurality of the foster boxes,and the small pipe of the incubation box is connected with the hole position of the triangular clam,so as to carry out the deltoise in the incubation box.4.TP,TN,NH3-N and COD decreased by 0.47mg/L,2.69mg/L,1.85mg/L,45mg/L respectively during operation of the demonstration project,and the removal rate was 60.2%,76.6%,83.7%and56.2%respectively.During the operation,the TP concentration of the fish pond was stabilized at 0.3mg/L,the TN concentration was between 0.8mg/L-0.9mg/L,the NH3-N concentration was stabilized between 0.2mg/L-0.3mg/L,and the COD concentration was stable between 30-40mg/L,which not only reached the pollution control.The purpose of improving the culture environment,but also promoting the ecological balance and the development of the local aquaculture industry,has good environmental and social benefits.
