The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the "Village Revitalization Strategy" for the first time, and mentioned agriculture, rural areas and farmers many times. After more than 40 years of reform and opening up,China's rural areas have experienced rapid development. However,in the process of development, the outside world's attention to rural areas has remained at some material level. If we only study the rural areas of our country from a material perspective,we will not be able to reflect the current status of rural development as a whole. We should also try to understand the rural areas from a psychological level, such as paying close attention to the subjective well-being of rural residents and analyzing the influencing factors of their well-being To have a deeper understanding of the psychological state of rural residents,so as to formulate more effective policies in a targeted manner, which is of great significance to the entire country. At present, most of the researches on the subjective well-being of rural residents in China use the scale directly, and only select the data of a certain area, which is too simple in model selection and data measurement. The results are only in descriptive statistics and regression analysis. At the level of the level, there is little comprehensive inspection of a large number of complex indicators. Therefore, the use of relatively complex statistical models to incorporate factors that affect rural residents 'well-being into the structural equation model for systematic analysis is conducive to a more comprehensive and in-depth study of rural residents' subjective well-being.Based on the data from the 2018 Adult Family Questionnaire of the China Family Dynamics Survey(CFPS),this article first explains the concept of well-being and related research.Through the study of the well-being theory of rural residents and the characteristics of CFPS data,we have established measures that affect well-being index.Secondly,SPSS25.0 was used to filter the data, and some cases that could not be used in this study were deleted, and finally 1946 effective sample units were obtained. On this basis, five latent variables are determined according to the relevant theoretical basis of residents' well-being:happiness,interpersonal trust, work, physical and mental health, and rural environment. Then through the use of AMOS21.0 software for confirmatory factor analysis, after continuous fitting and correction, the measurement indicators that affect the subjective well-being of rural residents are finally determined.Among the 20 observation variables initially used to explain latent variables,2 observation variables were deleted because they were highly correlated with other variables or the load factors were small.Based on the relevant theory and the results of confirmatory factor analysis, this paper completed the construction of the final structural equation model and fitted it.The fitting results show that work, physical and mental health, rural environment, and interpersonal trust all have a positive correlation with the subjective well-being of rural residents.Among them, work has the greatest influence on subjective well-being,followed by physical and mental health and rural environment, physical and mental health. The rural environment not only directly affects subjective well-being,but also indirectly affects it through interpersonal trust.Based on the path analysis, this paper also conducted a multi-group analysis.According to the analysis results, different genders, ages, marital status, and work types all have certain effects on the stability of the model on certain paths, indicating that the model is affected by these four The adjustment effect of one adjustment variable.Based on theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, this article gives the following five suggestions:(1)Accelerate agricultural scientific and technological innovation, liberate farmers from the hard working environment;(2)Strengthen rural environmental governance and create a livable Beautiful homes;(3)Build a good and upward rural social environment and promote the construction of rural spiritual civilization in the new era;(4)Relieve psychological pressure and improve mental health;(5)Constantly improve public infrastructure in rural areas to promote regional economic development.
