With the widespread application of meta-analysis,network meta-analysis has also received more and more attention.Network meta-analysis(NMA)can make up for the indirect comparison of traditional meta-analysis.It can compare indirect, direct, and indirect comparisons. The combined comparisons of all available treatment options are combined. The data recorded in randomized controlled trials on the clinical efficacy of all available treatment options are analyzed in a unified and consistent manner. This article introduces the statistical theoretical basis of network meta-analysis.Based on published research, the method of mesh meta-analysis is used to explore the best dosing regimen of intra-articular injection for knee osteoarthritis.Search Pub Med,Embase,The Cochrane Library,Web of Science, and other databases, obtain relevant literature and screen, extract relevant data, after passing the consistency check, apply the random effect model of frequency to conduct network meta-analysis of the research data, and evaluate the WOMAC score and VAS score, adverse events, and serious adverse events and other indicators for data comparison and analysis. The results of the study showed that there was no significant statistical difference between the intraarticular injection measures in WOMAC Pain, adverse events and serious adverse events indicators. In WOMAC Stiffness, the stromal vascular component cell group has the best effect, and the stromal vascular component cells and mesenchyme Mesenchymal stem cells,corticosteroids,platelet-rich plasma, bio collagen, placebo, and hyaluronic acid groups are significantly better than the ozone injection group.Corticosteroids have more advantages in terms of WOMAC Physical Function, while VAS injection of mesenchymal stem cells requires Significantly better than other injection programs.
