With the issuance of the "No.9 document",China stepped into a new round of power system reform,the reform of a key point is to open the electricity sales side,to build an effective electricity market competition mechanism.As an emerging market entity,electricity retailers are faced with uncertain risks such as price fluctuation and load fluctuation,and with other market players in the market share,sales price and other aspects of the game.Market managers should take reasonable measures to introduce the competition mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out relevant research to explore the operation characteristics and laws of the electricity sales market,so as to promote the healthy development of the electricity market.Firstly,we expounds the reform process of electricity market,introduces the current market trading mechanism,and analyzes the source of risks in the electricity trading business of electricity retailers and the measurement model that can be used in risk management.Secondly,the game model framework of multi-electricity retailer in new electricity market;Based on the cost and income of electricity retailers,the income model is established.Based on the risk theory,the risk model with CVaR is constructed.On the basis of studying the dynamic game relationship among the multi-sale entities,the comprehensive model of profit and risk of Multi-retailer is constructed.Finally,four representative simulation examples are designed,and the corresponding simulation program is developed,and the fluctuation of the spot price of the day is simulated by the Monte Carlo simulation method.The simulation of the above four examples is realized based on the MATLAB simulation platform,and the relevant laws are obtained as follows:(1)There are three schemes that can be adopted theoretically for how to deal with the income and risk of the electricity retailer.After verification,it is more beneficial to protect the comprehensive interests of the electricity retailer to comprehensively consider the income and risk as the objective function of the electricity retailer after introducing the risk aversion factor.(2)In the process of electricity purchase,when the value of the bilateral electricity price is equivalent to that of the spot electricity price,the electricity retailer will prefer the bilateral electricity purchase mode in order to avoid risks and reduce the electricity purchase cost.(3)In order to further promote the development of the spot market,the market manager can set up the corresponding spot trading subsidy policy or medium-and long-term trading restriction policy to encourage the electricity retailers to choose the spot trading way.(4)Compared with small and medium-sized companies,large electricity retailers have more powerful competitive advantages,more flexible trading mechanism,higher corporate earnings and stronger risk resistance.(5)Market managers should reasonably supervise the electricity retailers to avoid the phenomenon of raising or lowering the price due to the imbalance of supply and demand of power resources,and promote benign competition among electricity retailers.The above conclusions can provide reference for the business decision-making of the electricity retailers,provide experience for the in-depth development of the reform of the electricity sale market,and provide help for the market managers to formulate rules.
