As we all know,the safety and stability of the power industry is a necessary condition for social development.In recent years,although China has gradually increased ours efforts to manage safety in the power industry,various accidents still have occurred from time to time.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out the analysis of the accident causation in the power industry and the study of prevention and control methods,which is for comprehensively improving the ability and efficiency of management and control of power safety accidents and ensuring the safe and stable development of the power industry.This article is mainly composed of the following three parts: the first part mainly introduces the basic theories and models of complex networks,classic accident causation models,methods for constructing accident causation networks in the power industry,accident causation network analysis methods and accident prevention and control related theories.It is determined that the research does not adopt any mature model but is based on the perspective of system thinking found in many modern models,using complex networks to establish a network of causes of accidents in the power industry for analysis,combining qualitative and quantitative analysis.The second part is the network analysis of the accident causation in the power industry.Firstly,according to the "4M" element theory of accident causation and China's electric power industry standards,the classification of the causation factors and accident types in the accident causation network to be formed is determined,and the formation of the power industry accident causation network is constructed;then is to analyze the topological structure of the accident causation network obtained,and conclude that the network has the characteristics of a small-world network and a scale-free network,and roughly determine the key causal factors of the network;finally,random target attacks and specific target attacks on the network show that it has robustness and vulnerability,and finally get the integrated key factors of the accident causation.It includes 10 key nodes,including "accident emergency plan and corresponding deficiencies","training system is imperfect and not implemented",and "operating organization is unreasonable" and etc.The third part is the methods of accident prevention and control in the power industry,through the usage of accident prevention "3E" countermeasure theory,accident prevention "3P" strategy theory and other methods,we have proposed prevention and control methods from the two dimensions of enterprise and government to get the 10 key factors of accidents in the power industry,there are 30 methods and measures in the framework of prevention and control methods;then according to the requirements of operability and practicability,these 30 established methods and measures are expanded and optimized in more detail and targeted,so as to prevent the connection and transmission of the network caused by accidents in the power industry,and guide enterprises and governments on how to prevent accidents in the future.
