Airborne radioactivity measurement has the characteristics of fast speed,high efficiency,wide area and low cost.It is an important means of geological survey of land resources and mineral resources exploration,and it plays an important role in environmental monitoring,emergency monitoring and other fields.The airborne gamma spectrum data recorder is an important part of the airborne radioactivity measurement system,which can quickly and quickly record the multichannel gamma spectrum data collected by the airborne gamma spectrometer,GPS navigation positioning data and airborne measurement environmental data in real time.At present,airborne gamma energy spectrum data collection is mainly realized by airborne geophysical comprehensive collection and magnetic compensation integrated machine,which has high power consumption and large size,especially the compatibility and flexibility of different flight platforms.Domestic airborne radioactivity measuring instruments are mainly imported.The technology is mature,but the price is high and the maintenance cost is high.Therefore,my country urgently needs to independently develop a new generation of airborne radioactivity data recording instrument to realize the independence and modernization of aviation geophysical instruments.This instrument uses Cyclone IV E series FPGA as the main control chip,exerts the characteristics of FPGA parallel processing,uses Verilog language to realize the data collection driver;and uses SOPC technology,Nios II embedded soft core as the control core of the system,and develops GPS Information acquisition module,temperature measurement acquisition module,air pressure altitude measurement acquisition module,to achieve multi-parameter data acquisition;and developed a variety of communication interfaces including SPI,Ethernet,RS-232,RS-485,etc.,to achieve separate airborne with different protocols Multi-channel gamma spectrum data,high update rate GPS information,radar altitude information reception;design FIFO module to realize real-time reception of multi-channel gamma spectrum data and multiple measurement environmental parameter data under GPS second pulse synchronization;based on Nios II writes C programs to realize system control,data package processing and storage,and through the transplantation of ?C/OS-II and TCP/IP protocol stack,socket network programming,realizes airborne gamma spectrum measurement.Multi-parameter data at each measurement point is passed through Ethernet.The network is transmitted to the host computer for monitoring and storage.In the functional test results of the airborne gamma spectrum data recorder,the data is received normally and can be transmitted to the host computer via Ethernet for display.The system works stably,the overall performance is good,and it meets the requirements of real-time recording.It has the characteristics of multi-interface,flexibility,strong compatibility,high integration,small size and low power consumption,and has reached the expected set goals.
