Tumors are new organisms that should not appear in the body.They are consisted of cells that multiplied indefinitely when normal cells in the body make genetic mutations.Oncolytic virus(OVs)is a genetically modified virus.It is one of the methods of tumor biotherapy and a new force of immunotherapy.This work develops a mathematical model based on an autonomous ordinary differential equation system to describe the interaction among oncolytic viruses,two competing tumor clones,normal cells,and immune responses.The model assumes that two different types of tumor clones coexist in an environment as two different species compete for nutrients and space.This work calculates the basic reproduction number,,and proves the local asymptotic stability,globally asymptotic stability,and coexistence stability of the virus-free equilibrium point of the model by numerical simulations,and analyzes the corresponding biological significance.The globally asymptotic stability of the virus-free equilibrium on special circumstances and the existence and uniqueness of the virus-free equilibrium is also proved.Finally,we determine the impact of each parameter on the outbreak of cancer by PRCC analysis and compare the effects of different doses and timing on oncolytic virus treatment by numerical simulation results.Numerical simulations show that we can increase the infection rate of oncolytic virus to tumor cells,and achieve better therapeutic effect to achieve better therapeutic effect.This method can cause oncolytic virus to infect more tumor cells and achieve better therapeutic effect,thus increasing the life cycle of human beings.If we choose a single-dose treatment strategy,one dose of 1010pfu OVs is the most effective on the fourth day.The effect is more obvious when multiple doses of the oncolytic virus are given by the end of 24h,48h,72h,and96h,respectively.
