Objective: As a chronic multiple disease, diabetes has gradually become a global public health issue. The number of patients with diabetes in China has ranked first in the world, and the prevalence of diabetes has been increasing year by year.Nowadays, the treatment of diabetes is treated with oral medicine in the early stage and insulin injection in the middle and late stage.Although it can effectively control the blood sugar level of patients,it affects the quality of life of patients to a certain extent. At present, the intervention research on patients with type 2 diabetes is mainly based on simple diet or exercise intervention, and there is no comparison between exercise intervention and diet intervention. In this study,a staple dietary fiber bun and a scientific exercise intervention program were used to achieve the effect of controlling blood sugar in patients with type 2 diabetes, and to solve the problem of poor compliance with chronic medical orders. Methods: Based on the literature method, this study conducted exercise and diet intervention experiments on 45 male patients with type 2 diabetes.Forty-five subjects were divided into three groups, namely the general group(ordinary meal for diabetic patients);exercise intervention group;diet group(dietary fiber staple food intervention),15 people in each group, and the intervention time was 3 months(12 weeks in total)The exercise intervention group and the diet group received diet and exercise guidance respectively. The exercise group used walking exercises with four weeks as a cycle. The combination of small, medium, and large, medium and small exercises increased the amount of exercise and exercise time every 1-2 weeks.Conduct We Chat and telephone inquiries and guidance;the diet group used staple food nutrition intervention, and made steamed bread from dietary fiber instead of staple food, supplemented with high-quality protein. Before and after the intervention, the morphological indicators(height, weight, waist circumference)and biochemical indicators(fasting blood glucose, two hours postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin,low-density lipoprotein, and high-density lipoprotein)of the subjects were measured. To examine the effects of different interventions on patients with type 2 diabetes. The data was analyzed using SPSS18.0.Research results: From a horizontal comparison, the physical intervention and biochemical indicators of the exercise intervention group and the diet group are better than the control group. The exercise intervention group is 0.2 units lower in fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose than the diet group, and the glycation index of the exercise group is higher. In the diet group;from a longitudinal comparison, the exercise intervention group and the diet group have obvious benign changes,of which the fasting blood glucose in the exercise intervention group is far lower than before the experiment;the closer the glycation level is to the normal value;the diet group is tested after the experiment The saccharification level of the patients tended to be normal, indicating that the dietary fiber intervention had a good effect on promoting the saccharification level of patients. The fasting blood glucose in the dietary fiber group changed significantly. After the experiment, the fasting blood glucose was much lower than before the experiment, and the physical indicators of the control group changed positively as a whole. Conclusion: After the experiment, all the indicators of the general group, exercise intervention group and diet group showed benign development, and the exercise intervention group and diet group were more obvious. The exercise intervention group was better than the diet group in blood glucose control, but exercise control was easy.Affected by external factors, patients require higher self-discipline.
