Geological disasters refer to disasters related to geological effects such as mountain collapse,landslides,mudslides,ground subsidence,ground fissures,and ground subsidence caused by natural factors or human activities that endanger people's lives and property.Frequent geological disasters have caused huge impacts and losses on the country and people.Monitoring of geological disasters has become an important measure in the prevention and control of geological disasters.At present,geological disaster monitoring methods include multispectral remote sensing,spaceborne and ground-based In SAR,drones,3D lidar,automated monitoring,and manual inspection.Therefore,the geological hazard monitoring data is characterized by massive,multi-source,multi-time series,and heterogeneity.How to comprehensively manage and effectively apply the monitoring data of geological hazards has become a top priority in geological hazard prevention and control.With the continuous development of computer technology,GIS(Geographic Information System),database technology,etc.,it is possible to comprehensively manage and effectively apply geological hazard data to achieve the purpose of disaster prevention and reduction.Based on the basic theories of geological disaster prevention and control,and based on computer,database,3D Web GIS,and web development technologies,this paper proposes a 3D Web GIS-based geohazard information management system to implement massive,multi-source,multi-time series,and heterogeneous geological disaster monitoring data Comprehensive management and application provide support for effective prevention and control of geological disasters.The main research contents of the thesis include:(1)Combined with the theory of geological disaster prevention,based on the characteristics of landslide disasters and common landslide disaster monitoring methods,a comprehensive analysis and visualization method of landslide disasters based on 3D Web GIS was proposed;(2)Based on the characteristics of multi-source,multi-dimensional,multi-time series,heterogeneity,and mass of geological hazard data,a method for organizing and managing geological hazard data is proposed,and a geological disaster database is constructed based on database technology;(3)Using computer technology,Web GIS,3D Web GIS,etc.,to design a 3D Web GIS-based geohazard information management system to achieve geohazard data visualization and analysis applications;(4)A geological hazard information management system based on the.NET Framework platform using Postgre SQL,ASP.NET MVC,Web API,Cesium JS,etc.,and applied to landslide disaster prevention work,to achieve disaster project management,data 3D visualization,and automated monitoring data Management and analysis,comprehensive analysis of geological disasters,etc.
