Wind tunnel test is an effective means to study the aerodynamics of vehicle and aircraft models.In the wind tunnel test,the attitude angle of the model is adjusted by the movement of its supporting device,and its control accuracy directly affects the accuracy of the test results.Double-roll mounting device can effectively adjust the angle of attack,sideslip angle and roll angle of the model.The development of its control system is of great significance to improve the comprehensive ability and efficiency of wind tunnel test.In this paper,the design and implementation of the control system of the double-roll mounting device is completed.The system realizes the attitude control of the angle of attack,sideslip angle and roll angle of the model through the movement of each axis series mechanism.Firstly,the structure composition and technical requirements of the Double-roll mounting device are analyzed,and the overall control scheme is determined.In the control scheme,Siemens 1511-t PLC is used as the motion control center,SEW and Yaskawa AC servo drivers and AC servo motors are used as the drive devices of machetes axis,main axis and tail axis respectively,and proportional servo valve and hydraulic cylinder are used as the electro-hydraulic servo drive devices of compensation axis.In terms of control strategy,PID and AC servo three loop control method are used to control the system.Aiming at the coupling problem of model attitude control,geometric derivation method is used to decouple the system,and the positive solution and inverse solution are obtained.Taking portal V16 as the PLC program development platform,the hardware configuration and control program are developed to realize the positioning and speed control of each axis.Using VB as the software development platform of the field monitoring computer,the information interaction function between the upper monitoring software and the field PLC and wind tunnel management computer is realized.Finally,the static debugging of the whole system,the hardware wiring test of the electrical system,the parameter setting and function test of the servo driver and PLC software,and the joint debugging of the upper computer software are carried out,and the control accuracy of the system is verified.The debugging results show that all the indexes of the control system meet the technical requirements.
