With the rapid development of aerospace,wind power equipment,shipbuilding,automobile industry technology,gear transmission system is also constantly towards high speed,high load,light weight direction development.This requires the gear transmission power is large,the mass is small,the speed is high,the vibration noise is low and so on,in order to realize this need to make a lot of design and analysis work.However,for the design of high-speed gear,there is no mature technology for reference at present.If the design of high-speed gear is assisted by experiment,it will not only cost a lot of manpower,material and financial resources,but also cost a lot of time,which makes it difficult to carry out a large number of gear meshing experiments at high speed.(1)This paper uses APDL language and GUIDE function to build a parametric modeling and dynamics analysis platform for gears.By comparing the meshing impact force and the dynamic tooth root bending stress calculated by the platform with the theoretical and experimental values,the reliability of the calculated results of the platform is verified,which proves that the dynamic analysis platform has certain engineering application value.(2)Based on the parametric modeling platform,a large number of finite element models of modified gears were established.The influence of modification quantity and modification curve on the vibration characteristics of gear transmission was analyzed from three factors,namely the peak-to-peak value of dynamic contact force,torsional acceleration and transmission error.The results show that the maximum modification amount should be selected near the theoretical calculation results.When the modification amount is constant,the evaluation factors selected are different,and the modification curve with the best optimization effect is not unique.The modification curve should be selected according to the specific loading condition of the gear transmission system and the focus of analysis.(3)The paper establishes a simulation model based on the high-speed gear set in the actual gear transmission system of an aviation research institute.Through analysis,it is found that the meshing force of the gear set fluctuates greatly and the phenomenon of detaching exists.According to the research conclusions of this paper,the gear set was optimized,and the fluctuation range of meshing force of the gear set was greatly improved,so that the effective value of the gear rotation acceleration was significantly reduced,and the smooth operation of the gear was optimized.
